I purchased my car here over 6 years ago and have been bringing it here for scheduled maintenance as well as infrequent issues like a flat tire and when it was hit while parked. Easy to schedule service, they have free shuttle to and from my home so I can leave my car, always fast & friendly service. Explain everything and always contact me for approval of any additional parts and labour. They've saved me money with recommendations . I completely trust them when it comes to my car!

I certainly recommend this place for buying your next car. I bought my first Canadian car here approx. 4 months ago. We had a great experience with Summit, who sold us a 2012 Mazda with much care and friendliness. He went back and forth to his supervisor to make the deal workable with our budget. Later on we had an unfortunate experience with our battery replacement. But then Alex (Alexandra) connected with us and fixed the issue. To summarize what happen, we were recommended by an auto repair shop to change the battery in the next while, but that it was still working fine. We got an offer at the Key West Ford for the battery replacement without charge, as we were still considered new customer. We accepted and got it replaced. But the battery didn’t work much. We called to get it fix, but the person who had initially assisted us with the battery replacement failed to provide any fix. We had to buy a new battery that costed us $184.79. We complained here, and after a while Alex connected and said she was sorry for the experience and that she was going to reimburse us for the new battery. And she did. These guys care about their clients. They listen to their clients, read comments and follow up with you to make you feel assisted, cared for. I certainly felt that way. No one’s perfect, but not all corps and managers acknowledge that and try to fix things. But the staff at Key West Ford do understand this and try to fix if there’s anything that’s not right.
